Grand Canyon region, Monument Valley, Lake Powell, Kanab
Drive to Monument Valley, in the heart of Navajo country. 4x4 excursion to discover the strange red monoliths that have served as the backdrop for numerous films. Discover the legendary images and culture of the Navajo Indians. Lunch featuring Navajo specialties.
Continue towards Page, passing close to beautiful Lake Powell: possibility of flying over Lake Powell (extra charge, to be booked and paid locally).

Departure for Bryce Canyon National Park, one of Utah's most beautiful natural parks. Continuation to Las Vegas, the "city of excess". Lunch. Evening at leisure. Overnight stay.

Las Vegas, Death Valley, Bakerfield
Departure for Death Valley. Discovery of a grandiose, lunar landscape, one of the lowest points on earth (85 m below sea level) Departure for Bakersfield. Dinner and overnight stay.
Departure for Kings Canyon Sequoia, famous for its thousand-year-old trees and especially for its giant sequoias! Lunch in the park. Continue to Fresno or Merced through California's largest agricultural zone. Dinner and overnight stay.

Bakersfield, Sequoia, Fresno or Merced

Fresno or merced, R2gion of San Francisco
Visit San Francisco, "France's favorite city". Then cross the Golden Gate Bridge to Sausalito and enjoy a panoramic view of this artistic city. Return to San Francisco and free lunch. Cruise on San Francisco Bay with panoramic view of the city. Dinner and overnight stay.
Departure south. Stopover in Carmel, a charming seaside resort where Clint Eastwood was mayor in 1986. Continuation to the Monterey Peninsula, a former fishing town now a major tourist destination. Lunch en route. Drive to the South Pacific coast to discover the charming Danish village of Solvang. Dinner and overnight stay.

San Francicsco Region, Carmel, Monterey, Solvang Region
Day 10
Solvang area, Santa Barbara, Los Angeles
Drive to Santa Barbara, famous for its mild climate and nicknamed the "American Riviera". Lunch en route. Return to Los Angeles and discover its famous beaches, including Santa Monica and Venice Beach. Dinner and overnight stay.
Transfer to Los Angeles airport. Lunch at leisure. Flight to your departure airport. Dinner and overnight on board.

"Journey to Mexico"
Valentin helped us organize our trip. He helped us book our return flights to Mexico, our internal flights within Mexico, our accommodations in San Miguel de Allende and Mexico City, and our transfers. Valentin was professional, friendly and responsive in all our dealings. He chose two very nice boutique hotels for us. We had a problem on site and he quickly replied to my e-mail and solved the problem. Valentin was a pleasure to deal with. If I need a travel agent in the future, I will call on him again.

"My dream vacation in Paris"
I had a wonderful time in Paris, France. I was saving this destination for an important anniversary at the end of 2026. However, as life is short, I realized that there was no guarantee that I would still be there. So I decided to go on vacation in August 2025. This trip fulfilled all my expectations. Valentin booked several excursions/museums for me and also gave me ideas for things to do after visiting these places. His suggestions were comprehensive, detailed, well researched and excellent!
