Terms and Conditions of Sale of Stays

Le site Horizonways Travel (hereinafter referred to as the «site») is a brand belonging to Horizonways Travel, a micro-enterprise registered under the SIRET number 570 722 596 00027 and managed by Valentin Borriello. The head office is located at 20 Rue de la Folie Méricourt 75011 Paris. 

These conditions are intended for natural persons of legal age and full legal capacity; the consumer is hereinafter referred to as the «customer». These conditions apply to all sales made through [Horizonways Travel (hereinafter referred to as the «travel consultant»).

Horizonways Travel is a member of the MYWAY Collective.MYWAY is a Société par Actions Simplifiée (simplified joint stock company), whose head office is located at 165 avenue de Bretagne, 59000 LILLE, registered with the Lille Métropole Trade and Companies Register under number 851 375 444; registered with the National Register of Travel Agencies under number IM059190009.

The MYWAY collective (hereinafter referred to as the «organizer») manages the booking, invoicing and collection of each registration for a trip offered by Horizonways Travel.

Any reservation of a tourist product offered on the site implies the full and complete acceptance by the customer of MYWAY's Terms and Conditions of Sale in force at the time the order is placed. These can be consulted below:
